What we process and why
Reservations. When you book a table through this website, the details you enter (name, e-mail address, phone number, party size, date, time and any notes) are processed directly by De Bestel App, the reservation system we use. We receive them to carry out your booking. Legal basis: performance of a contract. The reservation system's script is loaded on every page from the servers of De Bestel App, which therefore receives your IP address. The booking window itself sets no cookies.
Phone and e-mail. If you contact us by phone or e-mail, we process the details you give us to handle your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest, or performance of a contract where your request concerns a reservation.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data for each visit, such as your IP address, the time and the page requested, to keep the website secure and available. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Cookies
This website itself sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no tag manager or Google Analytics.
Fonts and images are served from our own server, not from an external service.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with parties needed to run this website and our services:
- De Bestel App — processes online reservations on our behalf.
- Our hosting provider — stores the website and the server logs.
This website links to external websites, such as Google Maps for directions. If you follow such a link, that website's privacy rules apply.
How long we keep data
Reservation data is kept by De Bestel App under its own retention periods; we keep our own records for as long as the law requires.
Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for as long as needed to investigate faults and abuse, and are then deleted automatically.
